Hikari – Uji Signature Matcha

Rooted in the traditions of Uji, Hikari is our signature expression of balance. Stone-milled from first-harvest leaves, it offers a smooth harmony of gentle umami, natural sweetness, and a clean, low-bitterness finish.

Best enjoyed as usucha or koicha, Hikari reveals its fullest character when prepared with water, where its layered sweetness and silky body can be experienced as intended. While it may also be enjoyed as a latte, milk offers a softer, more delicate expression of the leaf.
